The local event, titled New initiatives in digital publishing at U of Montréal, took place in person on January 13, 2025, from 9 AM to 12:30 PM at the Carrefour des arts et des sciences (local C-3061, Pavillon Lionel-Groulx, 3150 rue Jean Brillant).
Co-organized between the Centre de recherche interuniversitaire sur les humanités numériques (CRIHN), Revues 3.0, Érudit, the Chaire de recherche du Québec sur la découvrabilité des contenus scientifiques en français and the Réseau Circé, this event provided an overview of digital publishing at the Université de Montréal, and showcased new research projects funded in this field. It also served as a platform for bringing together our research communities, sharing the expertise and practices of our members, and fostering the development of collaborative projects.

- 9AM - 9:10 : Welcome and overview of digital publishing at the University of Montréal
- 9:10 - 10:10 : Showcase of newly funded projects: CRIHN (Michael Sinatra), Revues 3.0 (Marcello Vitali-Rosati), the Réseau Circé (Francis Gingras) and the Chaire de recherche du Québec sur la découvrabilité des contenus scientifiques en français (Vincent Larivière) [segment open to all the U of M community]

- 10:30 - 12PM : Workshop on digital publication workflow issues With remarks from Marcello Vitali-Rosati (Revues 3.0), Tanja Niemann & Davin Bariagotta (Érudit/Réseau Circé) and co-researchers from all five projects aforementioned [this segment is reserved to U of M members already involved in the project]
