Chris Tanasescu

Chris Tanasescu is an author and researcher with a PhD in American Poetry and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. He is currently a Senior Research Scientist at the University of Galway, assembling and analysing multilingual and multimodal datasets relevant to the 19th century Catholic publishing industry. He has previously served as the Coordinator of Digital Humanities for the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Arts (Canada) and as the Altissia Chair in Digital Cultures and Ethics at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
